How the application is used:
Auditable reports (as specified in the SAAH) are generated in this application. Clerks correct attendance postings and/or add comments on absences. Principals and other stakeholders are able to track percentage of attendance for each campus within a district. Attendance tracking for students to earn credits for their coursework.
The ASCENDER Attendance application allows you to create a library of different attendance letter types and generate attendance letters for students when needed. You can also create letter controls to track letters that have been generated for students, and to prevent the same letters from generating for students who have already received them.

The application also interfaces with Scheduling, so course requests can automatically be generated based on a student’s graduation plan. With optional StudentPortal integration, students have controllable access to decision making tools. Create student’s Personal Graduation Plans.
