Leaders who model the expectations of working through problems and rallying around solutions, find that employees will follow suit in creating problem solving discourse and action. This process creates focus and forward momentum to a win-win solution. Leadership, teamwork, culture, strategy and meetings are not at all new elements in an organization however, they must be viewed as integral parts that make a whole, not as isolated pieces with no connection.
